My guitar and ukulele lesson teaching policies are designed to ensure we all have the best experience possible for your lesson.

Cancelation policy

I cannot guarantee make up lessons. I also know that life happens sometimes, and that’s why I wanted to build in a few free lessons into my rates. All I ask is that you give every effort to notify me as early as possible, and I will give every effort on my part to find a time to make up lessons if I can.

Sick policy

When it comes to any illness in your home, I would note that my income and livelihood depends on me not being sick. Therefore, if you have an illness in your home, I ask that you let me know ahead of time so that we can discuss your situation and agree to a mutually beneficial backup plan if necessary.

Payments

Lesson payments are due at the first lesson of each month. I accept many different payment methods, which you can review on my rates page.

Referral rewards

As a thank you to anyone who refers a friend or family member to take lessons with me, I will gladly offer a free lesson. Please contact me for more information.

Minors

For any student who is a minor (under the age of 18), I require that a parent or guardian be present for the duration of the lesson.

Pet policy

I love your pets! However, they may not love my guitar. Please have all pets secured for your lesson. Because my guitar is my livelihood, it will stay in the case as long as pets are roaming freely in the house.

If you have any questions about my policies, please feel free to contact me at wes.guitar@me.com or at 770.597.7306.
